Maintenance on a schedule instead of an emergency

Every lot is on a maintenance schedule whether anybody wrote one down or not. The only question is whether you set the schedule or the weather does.

A program means the lot gets looked at on a cycle, the cracks get sealed while they are still cracks, and the striping gets refreshed before somebody complains about it. For a portfolio it also means one contact, one schedule and one invoice instead of four vendors and a spreadsheet.

This is the one to ask about if you manage more than one property. It is also the one that costs the least over ten years, which is not a coincidence.

What's included

  1. Annual or multi-year maintenance schedule per property
  2. Portfolio scheduling across multiple lots
  3. Condition assessment and a plan for what needs doing when
  4. Budget figures you can take into a capital planning meeting
  5. One point of contact and one invoice

Who this is for

Or put it in writing

For the lot you are looking at right now. Address and rough stall count help, but a name and a number is enough to start.

Send a photo of your lot and get a number back.

You do not need a site walk to start. Text a picture and the address, and you will get a real number instead of a range.
