Questions
- Do you have to close the whole lot?
- No. Most jobs get done in sections so your tenants and customers keep parking. Each section needs to stay clear while the paint sets, and the crew works the sequence out with you before anybody puts a cone down.
- Can you stripe over the old lines or does it need sealing first?
- Either works. Striping over existing lines is the cheaper job and it looks fine when the asphalt underneath is sound. If the surface is oxidised and grey, the paint sits on top of loose material and it comes up early, so sealcoating first is the call. Devin tells you which one your lot is when he looks at it, and he will say so if the cheaper one is the right one.
Who this is for
Or put it in writing
For the lot you are looking at right now. Address and rough stall count help, but a name and a number is enough to start.
