Restriping and new layouts

A restripe puts back what was there. A new layout asks whether what was there was ever right. On a lot that has been repainted over the same lines for twenty years, that question is usually worth asking.

What's included

  1. Restripe over existing layout
  2. New layout on fresh asphalt or concrete
  3. Redesign for stall count, traffic flow or truck access
  4. Bring an existing layout up to current ADA standards
  5. Layout drawings before anybody paints anything

Questions

Can you fit more stalls on my lot?
Sometimes, and it is worth asking. Older lots were often laid out generously, and the ADA stalls were added later by whoever had a brush. Devin measures it and tells you what the lot will actually hold, including when the answer is that it already holds it.

Who this is for

Or put it in writing

For the lot you are looking at right now. Address and rough stall count help, but a name and a number is enough to start.

Send a photo of your lot and get a number back.

You do not need a site walk to start. Text a picture and the address, and you will get a real number instead of a range.
